Proviscera Refund and Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Proviscera purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases, subject to the terms outlined below.

Return and Refund Eligibility

- To be eligible for a refund, you must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

- Products may be opened or unopened but must be returned in their original packaging.

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- A $2.50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact us at support@proviscera.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.

2. We will provide you with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

3. Once we receive your returned product and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method, minus the $2.50 restocking fee.

Important Notes

- Refunds are available for first-time purchases only.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- We are not responsible for items lost in return transit; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

- Refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@proviscera.com within 7 days of receipt. We will assist you with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
