Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States and to United Kingdom, Australia, NewZealand, and the European Union. 

Order Processing Time

- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Carriers

- We primarily use UPS and DHL for deliveries within the United States.

- We primarily use DHL for other countries.

Delivery Time Estimates

- USA Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from dispatch

- Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Unexpected delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, or weather.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

Tracking Your Order

- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

- You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

- For future international orders, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees charged by their country.

- These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are payable by the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

- Once your package leaves our fulfilment centre, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
