Proviscera Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Proviscera. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By purchasing from Proviscera, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.
Proviscera is a brand owned and operated by Well Now Global (Ltd), a company registered in the United Kingdom, trading as Proviscera ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Legal Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
3. Products and Use Disclaimer
Our products are dietary supplements designed to support overall gut health and well-being. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Individual results may vary. Proviscera makes no medical claims or guarantees regarding the efficacy of its products. Customers are advised to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if they are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition, are taking prescription medication, or have known sensitivities.
Certain ingredients, including but not limited to Indigo Naturalis (Qing Dai) and curcumin, may carry risks such as hepatotoxicity (liver toxicity), increased risk of bleeding, intestinal narrowing and obstruction (intussusception) and potential side effects. Use with caution and under medical supervision where appropriate. Never exceed the recommended dosage and length of use. Discontinue use and consult a medical professional if you experience any adverse effects, including but not limited to severe abdominal pain, bloating, vomiting, or inability to pass stools.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payment primarily via Shopify Payments. PayPal may be offered as an alternative. Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
5. Shipping Policy
Products are shipped from our fulfilment centre in the United States.
- We currently ship to addresses within the USA.
- International shipping (including to the UK, Canada, Australia and South Africa) may be introduced at a later date.
- Shipping partners include UPS and others for USA shipments. International partners may vary.
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country of residence.
6. Refunds and Returns
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases only.
To qualify for a refund:
- Customers must return the product (opened or unopened) within 30 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A $2.50 restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returned products must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team. Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
7. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account for ease of future purchases. Account creation is optional. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.
8. Subscriptions
We offer subscription services for select maintenance products ("CARE" phase products) only.
- Subscription customers will be billed automatically at the frequency selected.
- Customers may cancel or modify their subscription at any time via their account dashboard.
- Subscription availability may be expanded in future but is currently limited to maintenance products only.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, Proviscera may offer promotional discounts via codes. Only one discount code may be applied per order. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify promotions at any time without notice.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Proviscera website, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, product descriptions, and images, is the property of Well Now Global (Ltd) trading as Proviscera and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proviscera (Well Now Global (Ltd)) disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services. Our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
By purchasing from Proviscera, you acknowledge and agree that use of supplements carries inherent risks, and you accept full responsibility for your use. You expressly release and hold harmless Proviscera and its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from your use of our products.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of our website and products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
